PUMPKIN BARS

To celebrate the fall season here is a great recipe:

1 c oil
4 eggs
2 C sugar
1 15 oz can pumpkin (preferred libby's pumpkin)
2 C flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon

Spread batter evenly in lightly greased pan.

Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes

TOPPING:

1/2 C butter
2 C powdered Sugar
4 oz cream cheese
